OCEAN GROVE FNC PLANNING DAY SUNDAY OCTOBER 2nd 10.30am-12.30pm The Club has an exciting, new strategic and operational plan that we wish to share with everyone and implement and we value your input. We have engaged leading sports administrator Terry Dillon of CLUBMAP to develop the plan and help us roll it out. Terry will be in attendance to facilitate the planning day. WHAT WE’LL BE WORKING ON: CLUB STRUCTURE The goal to have a structure allowing us to recruit more volunteers, better share the workload and enjoy our club more. REVENUE STREAMS New, contemporary and repeatable revenue streams that work. MEMBERSHIP & SPONSORSHIP How to grow membership and sponsorship, and set target that we can reach. REVIEW THE CLUB FINANCES A plan for new club budget / forecasting models and for tracking revenue streams. ADMINISTRATION SYSTEMS Making admin easier and more efficient. ONLINE PRESENCE A new way of presenting the club and reaping the benefits of doing it well. It's Grand Final week which means tomorrow night is our final Thursday night meal at the club for 2022 and we are going out with a BANG!! On the menu is your choice of Chicken Schnitzel burger with chips & salad OR Burritos with chips & salad, and for the kids we have MARGARITA PIZZA & chips! Head on down to the club tomorrow as we prepare for a massive Grand Final day on Saturday with 5 netball teams striving for glory!

Thursday night is SCHNITTY NIGHT! Come on down to the club for a great meal as we head into a massive week of footy & netball finals! See you at the club!

The club is open for meals tonight and on the menu is steak and chicken sandwiches with chips, salad plus dessert.
